Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE: APRIL 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CAST ("the Platform"), operated by Beltech Corp Holdings ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

Talent: Users who list their AI clone likeness for casting.
Producer: Users who browse, audition, cast, and produce content.
Clone: A digital likeness (face, voice, style) listed on CAST.
License: A time-limited agreement granting a Producer the right to use a Talent's Clone.
Microdrama: Short-form video content (1-5 minutes, typically 9:16 vertical format).

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining account security. You may not share API keys or allow unauthorized access.

4. Talent Obligations

You must own or have verifiable consent for any Clone you list. Identity verification may be required. You may set pricing, availability, and content restrictions. You must respond to casting requests within 7 days or they expire. You grant CAST a limited license to display your Clone's reference images for marketplace purposes.

5. Producer Obligations

You may only use a Clone within the scope of an active License. You may not sublicense or transfer Clone access. All content must comply with License terms. You are responsible for all content you produce.

6. Licensing and Rights

Each License is legally binding, facilitated by CAST. Licenses are cryptographically signed (HMAC-SHA256) to ensure integrity. Terms cannot be modified without both parties' consent.

7. Payments and Royalties

Producers pay per-scene fees. CAST retains 10-20% platform fee. Talent receives 80-90% via Stripe Connect. Payouts processed monthly. Minimum threshold: $10. All fees in USD.

8. Content Policies

You may not produce content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit without consent, deceptive, or in violation of any person's rights. CAST reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes filed through the Platform's dispute system. During a dispute, the License is frozen. Unresolved disputes subject to binding arbitration under Illinois law.

10. Limitation of Liability

CAST provides the Platform "as is" without warranties. Total liability limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
