Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE: APRIL 21, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Account data: Email, name, profile information.
Clone data: Face reference images, voice clone IDs, style metadata (synced from Double You).
Usage data: Auditions, castings, productions, scene generations.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Behavioral data: Platform interactions for analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the Platform. Process payments and royalties. Match Talent with Producer searches (including semantic embeddings). Detect fraud. Communicate about your account.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). HMAC-SHA256 signed audit trails on all mutations. Row Level Security enforced on all tables.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Shared only with Stripe for payments, with Producers who have active Licenses (limited scope), and when required by law.

5. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account.
Portability: Export in standard format.
Objection: Object to specific processing.
