Creator (Talent) Agreement

1. Clone Ownership and Consent

By listing a Clone on CAST, you represent that the Clone is based on your own likeness or you have documented consent. You have the legal right to license the Clone's likeness. All consent documents are genuine.

2. Rights You Grant

When approved, you grant Producers a limited, revocable license per the License terms. You retain all ownership of your original likeness. CAST does not claim ownership of your Clone.

3. Revenue Split

Standard tier: You receive 80%. CAST retains 20%.
Premium tier: You receive 85%. CAST retains 15%.
Exclusive tier: You receive 90%. CAST retains 10%.

4. Content Approval

You approve or reject every casting request. Set content restrictions (e.g., no horror, no NSFW). Set territory and exclusivity preferences. Revoke a License at any time (30-day notice for active productions).

5. Payout Terms

Royalties paid via Stripe Connect. Identity verification required. Monthly payouts for accrued royalties above $10. CAST is not responsible for Stripe processing delays.

6. Likeness Protection

CAST enforces License terms. Unauthorized use triggers dispute. License freezes pending investigation. Permanent revocation for violators.

7. Termination

Delist at any time. Active Licenses continue until expiry unless revoked through dispute. No new Licenses after delisting.
