3. Platform Conduct Standards
Producers: Communicate professionally via the CAST messaging system. Respect talent license terms and scope restrictions. Pay invoices within stated terms. Do not attempt to contact talent outside the platform for production work covered by a CAST license.
Talent: Maintain accurate and current profile information. Respond to casting inquiries within 48 hours. Honor accepted casting commitments.
4. Licensing Scope Compliance
Producers may not use AI-generated content beyond the licensed scope, territory, or duration. Scene count limits are enforced technically. Expired licenses are automatically suspended. Violations are tracked via audit trail and may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property and likeness rights law.
5. Enforcement
CAST reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. Disputes may be filed through the CAST dispute resolution system. CAST cooperates with law enforcement in cases involving illegal content.
